located in Božava on Dugi Otok, is nestled in a tranquil area surrounded by olive groves, just 500 meters from the beach with the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. Built in 2022, the villa offers guests a peaceful and relaxing stay for an unforgettable family vacation.
The villa can accommodate 6-8 people and features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and bathrooms with underfloor heating. The ground floor comprises a kitchen and living room. Guests can enjoy the private pool, which is heated in May and September.
The villa is just 500 meters from restaurants and shops, and a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach. It is also close to the famous Sakarun beach.
In the adjacent house, on the first floor, is the Apartment Gaby, suitable for 2-4 people. This apartment provides everything needed for a comfortable stay and can be booked together with the villa or separately.
The pool is only available to guests of the Gaby holiday home. Use of the pool is only possible by arrangement.

With rich experience in diving, which they pursued professionally until 2021, diving has now become a leisure activity for them.

Ich war mit meiner Familie im Oktober in diesem schönem gelben Haus. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Morgens am Strand und nachmittags windgeschützt am beheiztem Pool. Gaby und HG haben uns mit einer Peka überrascht, sehr lecker

Our villa was built in Božava on the island of Dugi Otok in a quiet area surrounded by olive groves.
In the private pool, heated in May and September, you can relax undisturbed.
In June 2022 we were able to welcome the first guests. Our villa is 500m from restaurants and shops. The crystal clear water of the Adriatic Sea sparkles blue to turquoise. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes.
Our villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the well-known Sakarun beach and offers its guests the peace and relaxation they are looking for for an unforgettable family holiday.
The villa can accommodate 6-8 people.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living area and shower. There is a double sofa bed. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning and satellite TV, as well as 2 bathrooms. One bedroom with bathroom en suite. The terrace with table and chairs is next to the pool. The pool is exclusively available to the guests of the house. The pool has an outdoor shower, loungers and parasols. Bath towels, SUP, diving masks, fins and table tennis are available. A washing machine and dryer are also available
